HUISREGELS
Welkom bij Estafette! Om een prettig winkelklimaat voor iedereen te bevorderen hanteren wij de volgende huisregels. Bij betreding van de winkel ga je hiermee akkoord.
- In onze winkel gaan we respectvol met elkaar om. Fysiek en verbaal geweld wordt niet getolereerd.
- Volg de aanwijzingen van onze medewerkers stipt op, in het belang van de goede orde & veiligheid.
- Om misverstanden snel op te lossen dient u medewerking te verlenen aan onderzoek van uw kleding of tassen.
- Bij strafbare feiten doen wij altijd aangifte bij de politie.
- Bij het overtreden van de huisregels brengen wij de dader het maximaal mogelijke bedrag in rekening voor oponthoud en overlast.
- Deze winkel is beveiligd met videocamera’s en beelden worden opgeslagen.
- Het is verboden geprepareerde tassen of andere voorwerpen bedoeld om winkeldiefstal mee te plegen bij u te hebben in deze winkel.
- Het is verboden een capuchon te dragen.
- Het is niet toegestaan meegebrachte drink- of etenswaren te nuttigen.
- Drink- of etenswaren uit de koffiecorner mogen alleen in de koffiecorner worden genuttigd.
- Het is verboden te roken in de winkel.
- Honden (m.u.v. hulphonden) en andere huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
- Gekochte artikelen kunnen niet worden geruild of geretourneerd. Uitzondering hierop is defecte elektronica (binnen 7 werkdagen retour, geldt niet voor “hobby geen garantie”-artikelen).
- Voor spullen die niet op tijd worden opgehaald berekenen wij opslagkosten van tien euro voor een week. Na deze week worden de spullen teruggeplaatst in de winkel. Er wordt in dit geval géén geld retour gegeven.
- Over prijzen wordt niet onderhandeld.
- Artikelen zonder prijs worden niet verkocht.
- Tassen, mandjes, enz. mogen niet worden meegenomen op het toilet.
- De toiletten dienen na gebruik schoon achter gelaten te worden.
- Ruimten voorzien van borden “Alleen personeel” zijn niet toegankelijk voor klanten.
- Uit magazijn en werkplaatsen wordt niet verkocht.
- Alle aankopen moeten bij de kassa worden afgerekend.
- Estafette is niet aansprakelijk voor beschadiging, verlies of diefstal van uw eigendommen.
- Om ervoor te zorgen dat alle klanten vóór sluitingstijd kunnen afrekenen, vragen wij iedereen vanaf 16.45 uur alvast richting de kassa te gaan om wachtrijen na 17.00 uur te voorkomen.
HOUSERULES
Welcome to our store! To make sure shopping is pleasant for everyone
we have a set of clear house rules. If you come into this shop you agree to observe the following house rules:
1. We treat each other with respect in our store. Physical/verbal abuse is not tolerated.
2. Follow any instructions given by our staff straight away, in the interest of order & safety.
3. In order to resolve misunderstandings quickly, you must cooperate when your clothes or bags need to be checked.
4. We always report criminal offenses to the police.
5. When braking the houserules we will charge the perpetrator the maximum possible
amount for delay and inconvenience caused.
6. This store is protected with video cameras and images are retained.
7. It is not allowed to bring prepared bags or other objects intended for shoplifting with you in this store.
8. It is forbidden to wear a hoodie/hood.
9. You may not consume drinks or food brought with you.
10. Drinks or food from the coffeecorner may only be consumed in the coffeecorner.
11. No smoking in the store.
12. Dogs (with the exception of assistance dogs) and other pets are not allowed.
13. Purchased items cannot be exchanged or returned. Excluded from this are defective
electronics (return within 7 working days, does not apply to “hobby-no warranty” items).
14. Bought and stored items that are not picked up on time, we charge storage costs of €10 for a week. After this week, the items will be placed back in the store. In this case, no money will be returned.
15. Prices are non-negotiable, we do not haggle about prices.
16. Items without a pricelabel are not for sale.
17. Bags, baskets, etc. may not be taken with you to the toilet.
18. Please leave the toilets clean and tidy when you are finished.
19. Areas with signs saying “Staff Only” are not accessible for .
20. Items are not sold from the warehouse or workplaces.
21. All purchases must be paid for at the cash desk or the customer servicedesk.
22. Estafette is not liable for damage, loss or theft of your belongings.
23. To ensure that all customers can check out before closing time, we kindly ask everyone to make their way to the checkout from 4:45 p.m. onwards to avoid queues after 5:00 p.m.
